Indestructible Brief Case

The Indestructible Brief Case is a 97 rivet, 7 pocket and 1 main compartment old school satchel style brief case. You read that right, it takes 97 hand hammered copper rivets to fully assemble this rock solid leather brief case.

The idea for me was simple, build a bag that my son will give to his grandson. So working backwards from that one goal I decided first to build a bag without stitching. Over time stitches will fail, unravel and essentially dissolve under long term stress and wear. Second was using hard wearing bridle leather. Really thick leather for all the load bearing parts and slightly thinner parts where shape is needed. And lastly the bag clasp was a point of focus. I wanted something that was simple and would not fail. A metal loop that passes through the top flap, then leather laces through is simple, won’t fail, handsome and well it just works!

Comes with a matching padded shoulder strap adjustable from 43" to 60" in length.

The Bridle Red option comes with a Navy top flap. The Bridle Navy option comes with a Red top flap. The Bridle leather used on these two options are a very waxes finish and will change as you use it.
