This is a genius idea. How many belts do I already own to fit me best depending on the rise of the pant and the thickness of the material? Too many. But all that's moot now with this belt. its fully adjustable nature doesn't care if you're wearing a 21-ounce denim or a 10-ounce chino, a high-rise waist or one that sits lower on your hips, or that you gained a few pounds over the holidays—it handles it all. Seriously, it's like all my five belts in one. I could have saved a lot of money if I'd found this first!

Just take note: there'll be an adjustment period. This isn't the standard hole-and-prong belt you've known your whole life. It'll be a challenge to buckle at first because it's a novel concept and the leather will be a bit stiff. I recommend that the first day you get it, you just practice buckling and unbuckling it a bunch of times to save yourself the embarrassment of futzing with it too much in a public bathroom. Haha.

Did I mention how handsome it is too!? Just buy the darn thing already.

I have lost a great deal of weight (125 lbs) so all my belts are toast. Replacing them is a challenge. No body fat (compared to before). Old days I could adjust a belt many different ways, there was plenty of very flexible belly to cope with almost any belt length I chose to use. Not so now. The slip buckle is the perfect solution for my now variable waist size (between 35 and 36). At first it was quite stiff. Softened up quickly. Ordered a second in black. Highly reccomend, good workmanship and quality. WH
