Refund policy

ALL INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL. You can do whatever you want to make them work for you, re-gift or sell!

RETURNS ARE ONLY ISSUED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. We will gladly refund an UNUSED product in its original packaging. If you would like to schedule a return, please email Matt at matt@holdfastgear.com WITHIN 7 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE to arrange shipping. Once the product has been received and inspected then we will issue a refund LESS SHIPPING CHARGES & Restocking Fee. Your refund will be issued in the payment method. There is a $10 restocking fee for all refunded/returned products. Please visit our return portal to start your return.

We will gladly exchange an UNUSED product in its original packaging WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE. If you would like to schedule an exchange, please email Matt at matt@holdfastgear.com WITHIN 30 DAYS OF CUSTOMER RECEIPT DATE to arrange shipping. Once the product has been received and inspected then we will ship your new product to you. There is a $10 restocking fee for all exchanges on products. 

We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged.
