Checking Order Status

When your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number. If you haven't received a tracking number please email your Order# and inquiry to jess@holdfastgear.com (our Order Fulfillment team). They will be able to answer your questions about shipping & tracking. Thanks!

Shipping Methods

We use UPS for regular shipments and FedEx for two day shipment. For international we use USPS. Please be aware that your country may charge you import tax and HF has no control over that. There may be other related charges, typically we do not see or hear about any extra charges so check with your local post office just to be safe.


International Shipping

HoldFast ships worldwide. f you don’t see your country as an option when checking out then email us. Please be aware that your country may charge you import tax and HF has no control over that. There may be other related charges, typically we do not see or hear about any extra charges so check with your local post office just to be safe. Tracking can take a few days to update with international orders. Please contact your local post office to check the status of your order. From time to time orders get stuck in customs and require action from the customer.
