01. PAYMENT ASSISTANCE?
When you are ready to purchase just add any item to the cart by pressing the “Add to Cart” button at the bottom of any product page. You can then follow the onscreen instructions to complete an order.
02. HOW CAN I PAY HOLDFAST?
You can pay with credit card via the Shopify system or use PayPal.
03. HOW CAN I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You should have been provided with a tracking number but if you haven’t received that yet then you can email us.
05. HOW DOES HOLDFAST SHIP PRODUCTS?
We use UPS for regular shipments and FedEx for two day shipment. For international we use USPS.
06. WHERE DOES HOLDFAST SHIP?
Pretty much everywhere. If you don’t see your country as an option when checking out then email us.
