It's crafted out of 9-10oz thick Cow Hide or Water Buffalo full grain leather with all brass, black or silver hardware (you choose). It comes in 3 widths, from 1", 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" wide to give you the look you want. The HoldFast Gear Slip Buckle Belt can literally make nano adjustments all day long and stay locked into place once you set it. We custom designed this buckle, and it’s made right here in Oklahoma, that allows the user to make the perfect adjustment on the fly.

*MAKE SURE to select your belt size, the 4th option below the "add to cart" button. For sizing, it's a general rule that you select a belt 4" larger than your pant size. So if you wear a 32 waist pant, select the 36" Belt. The best option however for picking the perfect size is grab your current belt and measure from the leather at the buckle end to the hole you use the most. That will give you the exact best fit.

How to Use Your Slip Buckle Belt:

This is a genius idea. How many belts do I already own to fit me best depending on the rise of the pant and the thickness of the material? Too many. But all that's moot now with this belt. its fully adjustable nature doesn't care if you're wearing a 21-ounce denim or a 10-ounce chino, a high-rise waist or one that sits lower on your hips, or that you gained a few pounds over the holidays—it handles it all. Seriously, it's like all my five belts in one. I could have saved a lot of money if I'd found this first!

Just take note: there'll be an adjustment period. This isn't the standard hole-and-prong belt you've known your whole life. It'll be a challenge to buckle at first because it's a novel concept and the leather will be a bit stiff. I recommend that the first day you get it, you just practice buckling and unbuckling it a bunch of times to save yourself the embarrassment of futzing with it too much in a public bathroom. Haha.

I have lost a great deal of weight (125 lbs) so all my belts are toast. Replacing them is a challenge. No body fat (compared to before). Old days I could adjust a belt many different ways, there was plenty of very flexible belly to cope with almost any belt length I chose to use. Not so now. The slip buckle is the perfect solution for my now variable waist size (between 35 and 36). At first it was quite stiff. Softened up quickly. Ordered a second in black. Highly reccomend, good workmanship and quality. WH
