HF Shoulder Pad

The HF Shoulder Pad is a simple design to bring a higher degree of comfort to the already comfortable MoneyMaker. Sold individually so you can add to any bag you own, or purchase 2 for use on the MoneyMaker.

If you routinely carry heavy and large cameras, wear the Sightseer Lens Bag on the MoneyMaker, or just use a heavy camera bag then these pads disperse the weight by adding width and padding to the strap. Crafted from a layer of thick 100% Merino Wool felt sewn to a Bridle leather top adds style and massive comfort to any strap. The HF Shoulder Pad is designed to bring comfort where needed while keeping the smallest profile possible. 

They lock in place using the MoneyMaker D rings, or you can slide any strap up to 1-3/4” wide through the slots of the shoulder pad. A slim profile and high comfort addition to any bag strap or your MoneyMakers.

Merino Wool Felt details:

Merino sheep produce extremely fine, high quality wool that is very durable and has a soft fabric like feel. The Felt is made of carbonized wool, treated with a light paraffin solution to provide water repellency, dyed with eco-friendly vegetable based dyes, and is short sheared to prevent surface pilling. The felt meets the human-ecological requirements for Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, and is certified as sustainable, biodegradable, and free of harmful substances.

I love it, but...

Let me start off by saying I LOVE this product- I've been a customer for over a decade. I love the shoulder pads, and on my moneymaker that has the little metal loops, it is great, but for this last moneymaker I purchased, I decided to omit the rings, and I guess because of that, the shoulder pads do not stay in place. I was at a wedding, and they had slid all the way to my back. More work then I wanted it to be! :) So now I know for next time- if I want the shoulder pads, I should keep the rings! :)

A Great Improvement

It’s a great product. Absolutely reduces the stress on your shoulders from a long wedding day. If you’ve never taken apart your harness, there is a bit of trial and error to get the pads on and reassemble it correctly. Slightly more bulk with adding pads and can make you more prone to sweating. Overall, excellent product.
Shipping however, was not so great. It took almost 2 weeks to be delivered and I had to email support more than once asking for updates.

The product itself is great quality, but the color doesn’t match my chestnut holdfast straps at all. It looks like a completely different shade.
Super disappointing that it stands out so much.

They definitely add some nice padding to my Holdfast straps! Matches the leather very nicely and makes me want to add a few more to my single strap and other bags!
